Our Leadership
Bio
Haribabu (Hari) Bezwada is the Founder and CEO of BabuGaru LLC, established in February 2024, providing consulting services to DoD and commercial industry CEOs. He facilitates strategic business-to-business partnerships to address critical DoD challenges. Previously, Hari served as CEO, President, and Chairman of JCS Solutions LLC for eight years, delivering tailored, innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency for civilian, defense, and commercial clients.Hari also has a 28-year government career, culminating as Chief Information Officer at the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). In this role, he oversaw cybersecurity, technology assessments, and strategic planning for over 60 DoD and Army acquisition programs, managing an annual budget exceeding $4 billion across communications, logistics, medical, finance, personnel, biometrics, training, and procurement operations. From November 2010 to July 2011, Hari served as the Assistant/Deputy Program Executive Officer (APEO) for Communications, Computing Infrastructure, and Enterprise Services at PEO EIS, Fort Belvoir, VA, leading over 800 military, civilian, and contractor personnel worldwide, managing an annual budget of over $2 billion.
